Napoletana style pizza features a thin crust and is wood-fired in the style of the pizzerias of Naples. We use only imported Italian flour and tomatoes in order to maintain the quality and taste comparable to no other! Our pastas feature our special La Famiglia sauce, the same recipe brought from Petilia Policastro by Nonna Caterina almost 100 years ago and taught to Ralph by his mother Vincenza Ierardi (Grandma Jenny).
